Box Maintenance

Via the Edit/Box Maintenance menu, four functions can be accessed that help keeping the box clean and consistent.

Find Orphaned Slips displays all slips that have no connections to other slips. That means, it displays all slips that have no keywords or that have no slip scents to other slips. If there are orphaned slips in the box the slips are listed in a new window together with the cause. Double clicking an entry in the list changes the current slip to the entry.

Find Next Orphaned Link changes the current slip to a slip that has an invalid slip link – a slip that refers to a slip that is not in the box.

Replace Keyword replaces all occurrences of a keyword in the box.

Find Singleton Keywords shows all keywords that occur on only one slip and lists those slips in a new window. By double clicking an entry in the list the current slip is set to this entry.
